Can I exchange items purchased online in-store?
Yes, most items purchased online can be exchanged at our IRTH store, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, innerwear and intimate apparel cannot be exchanged or returned.
How long does delivery typically take?
We currently deliver within Hulhumalé every Wednesday and Friday. If you're based in Hulhumalé, we highly recommend visiting our store to experience the quality, fit, and feel of our products before purchasing.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes! You can visit the IRTH Store in Kelaaa Magu, Nirolhu 20 Goalhi (Middle Goalhi), Hulhumalé. Shopping in-store allows you to try on products, receive sizing assistance, and explore our full collection.
